"Obama Changes Tune on Copenhagen Results." CBSNewsPolitics. CBS Interactive Inc., 23 Dec. 2009. Web. 8 Jan. 2010. .

In this article, President Obama speaks to the public about his disappointment with the results of the Copenhagen summit. He had expected a treaty to come out of this event, and is disappointed with the simple accord that formed. Although he believes this accord is a step in the right direction, it is not as great progress as he had hoped. He stated after the summit that there had been
"a meaningful and unprecedented breakthrough." Although the results of the summit were not as impressive as what he had hoped them to be, he is satisfied that a small accomplishment was made in the right direction and the world is working to combat climate change together.
